As usual with these Little British Cars the electrical systems (or what was left of it) was a mess. Since most of the components had been stripped off the car the only thing left was the wiring harness. I had to remove it in order to do the bodywork and paint. After getting it out of the car I saw several places where the wires had been severed, spliced and diced. Not wanting to risk the pitfalls of older wiring Midgie will receive a new main harness, rear harness, and also all new light pigtails.
